Clarity is incredibly important as you march towards your big goals. It empowers you to make the right decisions and adjust your strategy. Without a proper vision, without a well-defined objective, you will never be able to get your desired outcomes. As Robin Sharma points out, “Vague goals lead to vague results.”
You can’t hit a target in dark. If you feel lost, engulfed in frustration and confusion, and don’t know exactly what you want, just focus on Marie Forleo’s incredibly useful mantra, “Clarity comes from engagement, not thought.”
We can’t find all the answers in our head, we have to get active and participate. We have to move our butt from the couch, roll up our sleeves and do the work. Brainstorming, planning, journaling and meditation are great, but in order to get to the next level and beyond that, we must get out in the world and engage physically. We must take action right away to make the best use of our time, energy and attention. That’s when we’ll attain clarity and find the truth that we have been seeking all along.
So, whenever you feel stuck, let go of the stress and anxiety, regain your composure, and just focus on these three words: Action brings clarity.
