laughter is the sweetest medicine

laughter is the sweetest medicine

“Your body cannot heal without play. Your mind cannot heal without laughter. Your soul cannot heal without joy.”

— Catherine Rippenger Fenwick

Laughing and having fun not only makes our life more enjoyable, but it also helps us develop our problem-solving skills, become more creative and easily connect with others. It helps us lose our inhibitions and think outside the box.

Laughter is the sweetest medicine indeed for our body and our mind, no matter what we’re going through. As humor and play become integrated into our life, new opportunities for laughing with friends, loved ones, coworkers, and acquaintances will come to us everyday. This daily dose of laughter will help us greatly in detaching from stress and constant worries, and we’ll be able to view the world from a lighter, more relaxed and positive perspective.
