make tracking a daily habit

Tracking is super important when it comes to starting a new habit and building momentum. It’s wise to set up effective systems in place for yourself so that you’re able to track your progress day in and day out.

The beauty of tracking is that it’s a 100% foolproof strategy to develop consistency in our actions and attract long-lasting well-being, success and creative output. As David Brooks remarked, “Great creative minds think like artists but act like accountants.”

When we make tracking a daily habit, it creates better awareness and fuels discipline ensuring us to become better day after day. In the short term, it may seem like an unnecessary burden but in the long run, you will find it to be immensely helpful as you review your actions and outcomes.
