On August 28th, 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his iconic “I Have a Dream” speech in front of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. His powerful and inspiring words, which called for racial equality and an end to discrimination, helped to galvanize the civil rights movement and inspire a generation. This historical event not only brought a positive change in the US and the world and impacted millions of lives, but also to date serves as a benchmark that illustrates the incredible power of effective communication.

Communication skills are an essential part of success and life. They are the foundation of strong relationships, profitable businesses, and effective leadership.

Being able to communicate remarkably is one of the most important life skills to learn. Good communication skills involve the ability to convey thoughts, ideas, feelings, and information in a clear, concise, and effective manner. In addition, they enable people to listen actively and understand others’ perspectives.

I’m happy and excited to announce the release of my new book Daily Communication (Book 7 in The Daily Learner Series).

In this book, I have extracted life-changing ideas from the best resources on communication, influence, and meaningful connection and packaged them in daily easy-to-read meditations.

The knowledge and wisdom of renowned authors and thought leaders such as Dale Carnegie, Leil Lowndes, Chris Anderson, Thich Nhat Hahn, Carmine Gallo, Keith Ferrazzi, John C. Maxwell, and Chris Voss have been distilled in a form that is easy to digest and consume (even if you're not a reader!).

Every meditation has been crafted to give you either the essence and the formula, if you will, of the subject at hand or a groundbreaking idea introduced by the respective author or thought leader through their work.

“Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing,” Brian Tracy advises, “If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life.” Every day is an opportunity to learn new communication strategies and cultivate social presence and intelligence.

The fundamentals of building lasting friendships and influencing people will never change and that’s why it’s crucial that we learn and practice them in our day-to-day life to advance forward both personally and professionally.

I’m sure the condensed timeless knowledge and wisdom in these meditations will not only help you in navigating through the complexities that come with living and working in the modern world, but also guide you in your quest to live a successful life enriched with happy and fulfilling relationships.
