paying attention to our thoughts
“The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.”
― Marcus Aurelius, Meditations
Our thoughts have the power to either elevate our lives or deteriorate us. We act upon the thoughts and impulses that we get and hence it’s very important that we learn how to manage them. If we think uplifting thoughts, more uplifting thoughts will come to us through the Law of Attraction positioning us for greater success, happiness and health. But if we think demeaning thoughts whether they be about ourselves, our lives or others, we attract more negative thoughts that degrade our well-being.
It is our responsibility to be aware of our thoughts and gently nudge them towards positivity. Our thoughts should inspire us to take actions that improve our lives. In this world of distractions and temptations everywhere, it is crucial that we continuously monitor our thoughts. Once we become cognizant of the Law of Attraction, we can manage ourselves and our lives so that we are more in tune with the way we want things to work out for us.
