One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to listen to our own being, listening to the feelings that are simmering within us.

It’s wise to always keep at the back of your head that your feelings are keeping track of your thoughts for you. Your feelings are your gateway to your Inner Being. Whether you are thinking positive thoughts that benefit you or negative thoughts that sabotage you, your feelings are going to let you know. And that’s why it makes sense to become as conscious as you can of how you are feeling. As you do that, you become more mindful and aware of what kind of thoughts are swirling in your mind. 

Your feelings are your friends and trusted envoys; they are sending messages to you 365/24/7. So, make sure that you tune in to your feelings, that you listen to them as much as possible.
