two years completed

Today is a special day. I started The Daily Apple blog two years back on this very day. Time has flown, and I feel happy and blessed that I have been able to share a new insight with you every single day and maintained this streak of daily writing for two years now.

Writing and publishing an essay for The Daily Apple every day has been both easy and challenging. Easy because it has become a habit — a second nature — for me now and challenging because it takes a lot of research, contemplation and work to handcraft a piece of quality writing. But this pursuit also energizes me and fuels me, and I feel so grateful for being able to do this every single day.

In his book Atomic Habits, James Clear writes, “Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.”

Over the past couple of years, as I have dedicated my time, energy and attention to provide you with helpful inspiration and insight every single day,  I sincerely hope each one of them has been a vote for you towards crafting a newer identity that aligns with your ideal self. I know this massive commitment has helped me immensely in creating a meaningful change in me and my life and becoming a better version of myself.

I hope and pray to continue to serve you in this way in the future as well. I know it’s tough to maintain streaks — writing for me and reading for you in this case — but as I wrote previously, streaks can be incredibly powerful catalysts in personal development. And that’s my goal for The Daily Apple. To provide you an avenue to help you grow, become better and thrive in the modern world while creating an exceptional life for yourself.

Each essay is an endeavor from me to nudge you a little every day towards becoming the best version of yourself and living the life that you’re meant to live. To help you ignite the Compound Effect, and in the words of my mentor Darren Hardy, jumpstart your success, your relationships, your health, your income and your life.

Thank you so much for joining me on this journey and for all the support and encouragement that you have provided me. I hope I have succeeded in adding incredible value to you so far, and I’ll continue to work tirelessly to serve you and provide you with more inspirational, educational and insightful writings as we progress forward in this epic adventure together. God bless, and I’ll see you tomorrow!
