your vibrational output

We get bombarded with so much information from various media that it gets hard to assess the ratio of helpful information against the degrading one.

As we get drawn by the ploys of attention seeking digital giants, media companies and retailers, we start consuming irrelevant and distracting content that’s sole purpose is to rob us of our time, attention and sometimes money.

It’s difficult to monitor each and every piece of information that we come across, but we can work towards cultivating awareness and intentionality in our consumption. Also, we can pay attention to how we feel overall day by day. We all have heard of the famous adage ‘garbage in, garbage out’; the same holds true for our mind.

Every thought that we think has a vibration of its own. If we feed positive, uplifting information to our mind, we think positive, uplifting thoughts and take actions in accordance with them. On the other hand, if we’re constantly consuming junk information, our mind starts thinking junk thoughts as well  lowering down our vibrations.

A great way to assess how we’re doing in terms of our information consumption is to understand how our vibrational output is. What enters our eyes and ears gets processed by our brain, and that dictates what kind of thoughts it manufactures.

Our vibrational output viz. our thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as our ensuing words and actions dictate our interactions and how we view this world. And that’s why it’s not only our responsibility but also a necessity in this day and age to keep a tab on what kind of information we’re consuming on a daily basis.

It’s definitely possible to maintain an optimistic and hopeful disposition every single day. The only thing we need to understand is that we need to take charge of our vibrational output. Instead of letting our thoughts, feelings and emotions control us, we need to regulate them. And the first step starts with becoming a gatekeeper of our mind.

Once our vibrational output improves, we think and feel better and start seeing this world in a fresh, new perspective. We become happier and our life becomes a much smoother ride.
