The quality of our thoughts shapes our well-being and life. What we think can either make us or break us. So, it’s up to you: do you want to take the path of destruction, or do you want to preserve yourself and become whole?

Take a firm decision to cancel out any thought that’s negative and toxic, and proactively choose a positive and uplifting thought — a thought that is enriched with faith and optimism.

Toss out fear and worry from your life. Imprint the word “Believe” in the screen of your mind. It’s normal for many of us to become prey to the fear that something bad and sinister might happen to us in the near future. To become a victim of incessant worry and anxiety as uncertainty looms in front of us. But this is when we must believe and remind ourselves that God will never let any harm come our way. Just have faith and soon peace and healing will begin to flood within you.

Either by chanting a mantra, meditating, singing a hymn or prayer, or participating in any other devotional practice, you can drive away any overwhelming fear from your mind. The key is to focus single-pointedly on God and elevate your consciousness—to fill yourself with Divine Presence. This is the best and most effective way to eliminate fear (or any kind of toxicity) from your life. As Dr. Norman Vincent Peale explains, “When your mind is full of God, it cannot have anything negative in it. It can’t have prejudice; it can’t have hate; it can't have resentment; it can’t have impurities of any kind. It is holy, wholesome, and good.”
