“Open your heart, your mind, your soul, and let the universe teach you about Divine love. Stop limiting your source to only one person. Open to a limitless source of support and energy. Open to the universe.” — Melody Beattie, Journey to the Heart

Observe yourself as you journey through each day. Take note of the places from which you draw nurturing, support, empowerment, and energy. Do you rely solely on one person, placing the weight of your needs upon their shoulders? Or have you embraced the beauty of seeking support and inspiration from a multitude of sources?

Have you considered the possibility that the Divine, the cosmic force that permeates all existence, is the wellspring of your ultimate strength and sustenance?

There was a time when we may have believed that one person, one job, one place, or one situation held the key to our happiness and fulfillment. We clung to these limited sources, seeking all our support and validation from them alone. However, as time passed, we learned that the universe is an infinite and abundant source of love and support. By opening ourselves to the expansive nature of the universe, we recognize that our connection to Divine Intelligence transcends the confines of a single person or situation.

“The universe is full of magical things, patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson

We must all understand the importance of diversifying our sources of support. In fact, realizing this truth and acting on it is a sign of maturity and progress. It reflects our willingness to embrace change, adapt to new situations, and explore different avenues for growth and empowerment.

While special people still hold a significant place in our lives, relying solely on one person can become limiting. People come and go, circumstances change, and relationships evolve. By seeking support from multiple sources, we ensure that our emotional, spiritual, and practical needs are met even when our primary source of support shifts or fades.

Moreover, as we broaden our connections, we invite a diverse range of perspectives, experiences, and energies into our lives. This enriches our understanding of ourselves and the world around us, fostering personal growth and self-discovery.

So, reflect upon the roots of your nourishment. And be willing to open your heart, mind, and soul to the Divine and its boundless love and guidance.
